Patterson Goes Low In Arizona

The Murray State women's golf team had a spot in ninth place with the final round of the Grand Canyon University Invitational coming Wednesday at GCU Golf Course in Phoenix, Arizona.

MSU's Patti Patterson carded her career-low round with the Racers with a morning 3-under-par 69 and had a spot in ninth place after an afternoon 75.

The Racers had a solid day on the links with scores of 294 and 305 for a 599 total.
