About the S.A.A.C.
» What is the S.A.A.C.?
° The Student Athlete Advisory Council
(S.A.A.C.) is comprised of representatives
from each varsity sport on the Murray State
campus.
» It’s purpose:
° Cultivate productive relationships and
communication between the MSU Athletics
department and the student-athletes
° Provide opportunities for all student-athletes
to take an active role in campus and
community projects and activities
° Enhance the academic and athletic
experience for the MSU student-athlete
Currently, S.A.A.C. members meet monthly at 7:30 p.m. in the Racer Room.
Team representatives are selected on the basis of strong leadership and communication skills as well as dedication to their sport.
