Pepsi Athlete of the Week Season Wrap - Murray State University Athletics

Since 2007, the Pepsi Athlete of the Week has recognized more than 250 Murray State student-athletes and their tremendous accomplishments on the field of play.

With the 2013-14 school year finished, this is a perfect time to look back and highlight what was a great year for the Racers.

There were a total of 38 honorees in 2013-14 and they came from every MSU sport. Included were nine that won the award twice. Those were Kelsey Emme (Jr., Rifle), Brock Downey (Jr., Baseball), Emma Gilmore (Fr., Cross Country & Track), Delaney Howson (Sr., Women's Golf), Alyssa Lelm (So., Volleyball), Cameron Payne (Fr., Men's Basketball), Walter Powell (Sr., Football), Tonia Pratt (Jr., Women's Track & Field), Jessica Twaddle (Fr., Softball)
