2006-07: His best finish in five fall events came at the MSU Invitational where he finished 7th after rounds of 71-70-73=214.
2005-06: Had several solid events as a junior with a scoring average of 74.03 in 34 rounds...Played in 11 events...Finished 10th at the Samford Invitational with rounds of 77-73-74=224 and then followed up the next week with a third place showing at the Grover Page Classic with rounds of 71-70-71=212...Finished fourth at the Billiken Invitational with rounds of 80-76-69=225 in very tough weather conditions...Placed 25th at the OVC Championship with rounds of 77-75-75=227.
2004-05: Â Played in 10 events and finished had came away with two top-15 finishes...Placed 12th at the Gulf Coast Classic with scores of 77-72=149...and 13th at the Murray State Invitational after rounds of 73-73-75=221...Fired low round of the season, a 66 at the final round of the Billiken Invitational to finish in a tie for 56th...In the fall of 2005 he played in six events and had one top-10 finish at the Murray State Invitational..His tournament total of 211 included a career tying round of 66 at Miller Memorial.
2003-04: Was the hottest player in the OVC in the fall when he turned in 5 straight top-10 finishes...Won Eagle Invitational with rounds of 77-72-74...Was 4th at Tri-State Classic...If not for an 80 in the final round of the OVC Championship, would’ve placed higher than 14th...Made five eagles last season and finished with scoring average of 75.1...Played in all 12 events.
High School:Â Played high school golf at Hancock County High School under head coach Dave Cowden...Was a first-team all-state selection as a senior after finishing seventh individually in the Kentucky State Championships...As a senior won the Dawson Springs Invitational...Carded a nine-hole scoring average of 35.5 his senior season, breaking his own school record he set as a junior...As a junior was named first-team all-region after posting a school-record 36.0 per-round average...Won the Dawson Springs Invitational with a record score of 67...Also played three years of basketball at Hancock County.
