2012: Cox started 54 of 55 games last season at second base last season... She finished the year with a .209 batting average, 22 runs and 10 RBIs... Was a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, a RBI and a walk on Mar. 11 at Tennessee State...
2011: Started 13 games, nine at 2B and four in the outfield…Appeared in 33 games for Murray State in 2011…Went 2-3 with a pair of runs in a 5-0 win at home against Belmont…Walked twice and scored once in a 12-2 victory at Austin Peay…Drove in a pair of runs and scored once in a 16-0 defeat of Tennessee State…Scored twice with a hit and a walk in a 7-0 win at home against Western Kentucky
2010: Appeared in 36 games for the Racers…started 18 games at 2nd base/shortstop…was 3-4 batting with two RBI, two runs scored and a stolen base in her second start of the season in a 10-2 win at Belmont...batted a perfect 2-2 with a walk, scoring once and driving one in to beat Samford 11-3…scored a run with a stolen base in an 8-4 win against Mid Continent.
Before MSU: A six-year member of the LaRue County varsity team…named to the All-18th District and was a second team all-state honoree as a senior…earned a spot on the East-West All-Stars team…led the Hawks in hits, doubles, RBIs, stolen bases, slugging percentage, on base percentage and batting average in her finalseason…was named the Newcomer of the Year in 2004…earned her first All-5t Region Team honor the following year when LaRue County advanced to the state tournament…also earned All-5th Region Team honors in 2007 after making the All-18th District team in 2006 and again in 2008…in her final season as a prep she was named a Class 2A All-State Honorable Mention…also played for the Kentucky Outlaws Club Team…a member of the Student Council, and participated in several clubs while maintaining an A/B average to be a member of the A/B Honor Roll while a prep.
