2014: Ran in two meets…Set a personal record in the 5k at the UE Invitational with a time of 20:13.5.
Track and Field
2015-16: Set three school records 3,000m (9:49.26) and 5,000m (17:06.85) during the indoor season and the 10,000 meters during the outdoor season... Placed third at the OVC Indoor Championships in the 3k and 5k... Broke the school record twice in the 10k, first at the Wash U Invite (35:08.20) then again at the Virginia Challenge (34.27.04)... Won an OVC invididual championship in the 5k during the outdoor season... Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 10k...
2014-15: Broke the school record in the 5000m during the indoor season... Ranks 9th (mile) and 3rd (3000m) on the MSU Indoor best list... Finished top five in both the 5000m and 3000m at the OVC Indoor Championship Meet... Ranked 1500 (8th), mile (2nd), 3000m (5th), and 5000m (2nd) on the MSU All-time best outdoor list... Finished second at the OVC Championship meet in the 5000m
Before MSU: Set personal records for the 1500m (4:50), 3k (10:27), 5k (18:40), and a 10k at an altitude (38:42)…Has a brother Leonard that is a two-time NCAA Champion at Iona.
