The Murray State Lady Racers' 17 three-point baskets against Eastern Illinois in their final regular-season game not only set a school record, but also tied for the most threes made this season in NCAA Division I.
MSU set school single-game records against EIU on Feb. 28 with 17 three-point baskets made and 37 attempted.
The 17 treys tied Idaho State's effort against Lewis & Clark on Nov. 22 and Texas Christian's output against East Carolina on Feb. 13.
The Lady Racers' 186 three-point baskets this season ranks second all-time for Murray State, finishing just 13 treys short of the 2001-02 team. The 503 three-point attempts also ranks second behind the 2001-02 team's 568 tries.
