Lady Racers place eighth in 20-team Memphis Twilight

The Murray State women's cross country team placed eighth in the 20-team Memphis Twilight Invitational, held in Memphis, Tenn., on Saturday.
Freshman Alaina Zanin led the way, finishing 17th in the 165-runner race with a time of 18 minutes, 3.97 seconds over the 3-mile course.
Senior Lauren Wilson was 55th with a time of 19:23.63, while freshman Kristen Keckert was 57th at 19:26.37. Senior Lindsey Neeley was 72nd at 19:58.61, while senior Megan Rainville was 74th with a time of 20:01.53.
Murray State will next compete at the Vanderbilt Invitational this Saturday in Nashville, Tenn.
