Murray State Athletes celebrate National Sportsmanship Day

Ramage has been a financial consultant with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. since 1994, and played professional hockey from 1978 to 1994, including playing over 1,000 games in the National Hockey League.
The first overall draft choice of the NHL's Colorado Rockies (currently the New Jersey Devils) in 1979 NHL Entry Draft, Ramage's illustrious career includes two Stanley Cup championships (Calgary Flames in 1989; Montreal Canadiens in 1993) and four All-Star Game appearances.
Ramage played for the
Ramage now serves as President of the St. Louis Blues Alumni, while also serving on the Board of Trustees for the Fourteen Fund, and he is also a board member of the St. Louis Amateur Blues. A former Vice President of the National Hockey League Alumni Association, Ramage now spends his time as a youth hockey coach in St. Louis, which he has done since 1994.

“All head coaches are nominating one player from their team, and the 20 members of SAAC will nominate an all-sportsmanship team,” Pfeiffer said. “We will then give a sportsmanship award to one individual athlete and one team as a whole. Sportsmanship is our number one thing we athletes abide by on the field. We want to bring a lot of attention to sportsmanship.”
