Women's Soccer Closes Spring Season With Two Wins

Murray State finished off its spring soccer season with a pair of wins on Saturday at Cutchin Field. MSU beat Evansville Elite ?89 by a score 6-0 and beat Evansville ?88 3-0.

In the first game Krista Llewellyn, Jaclyn Ramage, Lauren Falls, and Kellyn Robison each scored one goal while Rebekah Clay added two scores.

Assisting on goals were Melisa Curry, Clay, Kayla Jones, Liz Bennett and Sara Struve.

In the second game Kara Carlile, Curry, and Llewellyn accounted for the scoring with one goal each. Lauren Falls and Clay were credited with assists.

The Racers ended their spring season with a 4-1 record. MSU allowed just only two goals and four corner kicks in five games.

Annie Fortier posted three shutouts this spring while Heather Jones had one.
