There were 48 people who participated in the MSU Cheer Clinic. This clinic was taught by cheer coordinators Joanna Smith, Meghan Bryant, Rebecca Ruebke, Jerad Millay and Coach Hammonds. The students were taught all of the MSU cheer tryout material (chants, cheers, motions, tumbling, stunts and fight song dance).

There were 47 people who attended the Cheer Tryouts. This tryout was from 7:30 AM-12:00 Noon. The students had a quick review of all materials and were broken down into tryout groups of about five people. The evaluators were evaluating throughout the entire morning and during the final evaluation portion.

This was a very successful tryout and we have 28 new cheerleaders and one alternate. We look forward in having a very skillful and talented group of cheerleaders to support our Racer Athletic teams this 2007-2008 season.
