With a runner on second and two outs, Mitch Longo delivered the RBI hit through the right side. Tyler Wells scored from second, after being hit by a pitch and advancing on a wild pitch.
The Bobcats got on the board in the second inning by putting runners on the corners with a hit by pitch and a bunt single. Mitch Longo drove in the first run with a single up the middle, before scoring on a Tyree Burch single to center.
The Breds answered right back with a four-run third inning. Ty Stetson started the inning by beating out an infield single. Matt McGowan singled to center and Anthony Bayus drew a walk. Kollin Dowdy drove in Stetson with a groundout to the right side before Hargrove hit the three-run shot to right field.
