Murray State Football will have its Meet the Racers day Wednesday, Aug. 20 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Roy Stewart Stadium in Murray, Ky.

Children up to those entering the 7^th grade are invited to come down on the field at Stewart Stadium to see the Racers practice and meet the team.

The Murray State band and cheerleaders will also be on hand to lend to the festive atmosphere.

The first 100 fans will enjoy grilled hot dogs and Pepsi products courtesy of Murray State Athletics.

And of course, Dunker the Murray State mascot, will be there to pose for photos with the kids as well.

The 2014 Murray State Football schedule poster will be available for kids to get autographs from the players and coaches.

The Racers are fast approaching the 2014 season with the opener coming up Aug. 28 against Union. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. The game also marks Senior Day when the senior class of the Racers will honored before the game.
