"Racers Meet Murray" Approaches On Aug. 16

Murray State football head coach Mitch Stewart reminds fans that August 16 will be "Racers Meet Murray," where himself, his staff and players have the opportunity to meet all the great Racer fans in the area, while also showing off the brand new playing surface at Stewart Stadium.
The event will begin at 4 p.m. with the Racers leading kids of all ages in drills at each position group. Following the drills, at 5 p.m., there will be a 30-minute autograph and picture session with the players and coaches.
"Myself, the staff, and especially our players don't want to miss an opportunity to say "thanks" to all those that support us on one of the best Saturday's in Kentucky, game day at Stewart Stadium," said Stewart. "Please allow us the chance to tell you how much we appreciate you and let us personally invite you to "The Stew" this fall."
