The Murray State Women's Tennis team fell 7-0 in a Wednesday match against the Billikens of Saint Louis at the St. Clair Tennis Club in O'Fallon, Illinois.

MSU's Amina Hadzic and Anja Loncarevic proved to be the bright spot for the Racers as they defeated duo of Ally McKenzie and Mariluz Rojo 7-5. The Racers dropped the doubles point after the Billikens' prevailed in the other two matches.

The Racers dropped each singles match in the loss on Wednesday, March 8. Although Anja Loncarevic and Alina Schibol took their matches to a third set, the rally was not enough.

MSU will begin conference play in Nashville, Tenn. (March 17) against the Bruins of Belmont University.

Murray State falls to 2-6 on the season.
