First Pitch
After playing seven of their last eight games on the road, the Racers return to Reagan Field for a four-game homestand beginning Tuesday against Western Kentucky. Both teams are coming off 0-3 conference weekends. MSU is 8-8 at home in 2017 while the Hilltoppers are 3-8 on the road.
Inside the Matchup
The Racers' comeback two weeks ago at WKU came up short in a 10-9 loss at Denes Field. Tuesday's game will be the first visit to Reagan Field from the Hilltoppers since 2012, which was a 10-2 victory for the Racers. MSU is 45-22 at home all-time against WKU and has won 2-of-3 lately at Reagan Field vs. the Hilltoppers.
