1.3 Seconds: The Anatomy Of The Snap, Hold & Kick

1.3 seconds. It doesn't sound like a lot, but a surprising amount can be accomplished in that time. Light travels almost 250,000 miles from the moon to the earth in that time, a bee will flap its wing over 300 times in that span, over 3,000 tons of water will flow over Niagara Falls and three different humans perform three separate, but equally important tasks, in order to kick a successful field goal.
GoRacers.com recently caught up with long snapper Chandler Moody, holder Steve Dawson and kicker Gabriel Vicente to learn what goes into each one of their jobs when it comes to kicking an extra point or a field goal.
