Overtime With Evan McKissack
1. What's your favorite thing about coaching your position?
Just the guys. I have a group that has all kinds of different personalities and all kinds of different skill sets. You have to be unselfish to be a tight end or a running back, which is something we really preach. You're only one guy and this game is only played with one football. So you really have to be unselfish in how you approach each day, each breath and when it is your turn you have to be ready to perform at a high-level when you get the ball in your hands or you have to protect or just to do whatever your job is at that moment.

2. Dow you have any music that gets you pumped up for a game?
I am not much of a movie guy, maybe I'll read a book or something. I am just not really a guy that does a lot of the hype stuff, to me it's just a breath of fresh air, because all the work is done and you just to go out there and play the game. I just start to visualize the game more so than anything. So whether it a plane or a bus, I'm just not of fan of watching a movie so maybe I'll got to my phone and write some notes, read a book or listen to a little music.

3. What makes football the greatest sport in the world?
Well God gave it to us and it is a game that creates an opportunity for fellowship and molds men. It really is a game that brings people together and it's also a character building sport because it puts you in a position that you have to work with the 10 other guys on the field at all times. There just aren't a lot of their sports out there like it because it takes every type of athlete, big, small, speedy and not fast. I think that is a reason why it gets such a big audience because anyone can watch a game, find a player and say "I could see myself doing that".
