Racers Clinch MVC Tournament Spot with Win over Sycamores

Murray State volleyball wins in three sets against Indiana State, Saturday. The Racers has clinched a spot in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament with this win.
MSU dominate the match from the beginning, winning the first set 25 to 22 before grabbing the second set 25 to 20 and the third 25 to 19.
"It is a team effort that allowed us to dominate that match," said Head Coach, David Schwepker. "Once our team get going we were able to play our best."
Bailey DeMier made 46 assists to average 15.33 per set. DeMier conducted three Racers to 10 kills or more.
Ella Vogel leads the Racers in kills with 13, followed by Darci Metzger with 12 and then Federica Nuccio with 11.
"Ella just kept doing what she was doing everything went right," said Schwepker. "Darci made the right choices on the court which led to good results."
Nuccio made her 14th double-double of the season with 12 digs to come along with the kills.
Dahlia Miller plays a key role to the Racers' win, making 21 digs to keep the ball of on their part of the court.
The Racers play against UIC at Terre Haute, tomorrow.
