Racers Drop One Spot In Chattanooga

The MSU women’s golf team is playing at Council Fire Golf Club
The Murray State women's golf squad was in 17th place at the Chattanooga Classic being contested at the Chattanooga Classic at Council Fire Golf Club.

The Racers dropped one spot from the first round on scores of 313-314=727.
Â
Payton Carter paced the Racers with a spot in 46th place on scores of 75-77=152, while Eliza Mae Kho was in 55th place after rounds of 75-80=155. Ana Picchi had a spot in 78th place on scores of 81-78=159 and Alma Garcia and Emmie Eriksson shared 91st place. Garcia carded scores of 84-79=163 and Eriksson had scores of 82-81=163.

San Antonio (576), North Florida (578), Yale (591), Central Arkansas (591) and East Carolina (597) made up the top-5.

Hannah Holzmann of San Antonio was in 61st place when the second round began, but vaulted to the medalist lead with a 67 and a 139 total.
