Racers Fall to Third - Patterson Rises to Eighth at The Robbie

The Racers are playing their final fall event at Hampton Cove GC in Northeast Alabama
The Murray State women's golf team had a spot in third place with a Sunday final round on the horizon at The Robbie, at Hampton Cove GC in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama.
The Racers posted a 303 in Saturday's second round after a 302 in the opening round. The Racers' 605 total was one shot behind second place Lipscomb. Louisville had the lead at 579.
Patti Patterson moved into eighth place to be the top player through 36 holes for the Racers on scores of 75-73=148. Patterson is five shots from the leader, Thienna Huyh of Louisville at 143.
The Racers are paired with Morehead State and Bellarmine in Sunday's final 18 holes.
