The second-place finish marks Cunningham’s best finish in his Murray State career

Murray State senior Kamaren Cunningham came home with a second place showing Tuesday at the Joe Feaganes Marshall

Invitational at Guyan Golf & Country Club in Barboursville, West Virginia.

Cunningham carded scores of 68-67-71=206 and one shot from Marshall's Cameron Jarvis who was medalist after post a score line of 71-64-70=205.

In the fall season opener, the Racers finished eighth 284-280-297=861.

The Marshall event was the first of five fall events for the Racers. Their second tournament is at the Grover Page Classic (Sept. 16-17) at Jackson Country Club in Jackson, Tenn.
