Albans Leads Racers to 4th place at Barnett Intercollegiate

The Racers played in a field of 12 teams at RidgePointe Country Club
The Murray State men's golf team brought home a fourth-place finish Monday at the Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate at RidgePointe Country Club in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
The Racers carded scored of 300-285-290 for an 875 total, two shots behind third place East Texas A&M. Host Arkansas State defended their home course with a win and UT Martin was runner up.
Lennon Albans led the Racers with a spot in eighth place with a 143, after he moved up one spot with a final round 72.
The medalist winner was Milan Reed of ASU at 202.
The Racers' next event is The Scrappy at Cobblestone (Oct. 13-14) at Cobblestone GC in Acworth, Georgia.
