Racers Battle Tough Field At Old Waverly Collegiate

The Murray State men's golf team carded scores of 301-308=609 at the Old Waverly Collegiate Championship in West Point, Mississippi.

There are nine teams in the field that are ranked in NCAA D-I in the Top-100 according to Scoreboard Golf, led by No. 3 Ole Miss.

Jay Nimmo led the Racers with a spot in 48^th place on scores of 76-73=149.

The final round is set for Tuesday morning.
