Racers Move to the Lead at Total Athlete Collegiate

The fall season begins in Ohio at the Country Club of the North in Xenia.
The Murray State women's golf team posted a great start to the fall portion of the 2025-26 season with a spot in first place through 36 holes of the The Total Athlete Collegiate at the Country Club of the North in Xenia, Ohio.
After a morning 297, the Racers were two shots off the lead set by Tennessee Tech at 295, but MSU passed the Golden Eagles with an afternoon 293 and hold a one-shot lead over TTU.
Heading into the final round Tuesday morning, The Racers and TTU are joined in the top-5 by Youngstown State (591), Akron (596) and Austin Peay (612).
Murray State's Patti Patterson and Tin Von Arx were one-two in the field of 54 players, as Patterson carded a 142 total, one shot ahead of her teammate Von Arx.
The Country Club of the North is a Jack Nicklaus design dating to the early 1990s, when the course was formed along the Little Miami River.
