Tina Von Arx led the Racers with a 44th place finish at the Texas Golf Throwdown

Sophomore Tina Von Arx picked up 16 spots at the Texas Golf Throwdown to finish 44th overall in MSU's first event of the spring. Von Arx carded a 76 in the final round to lead the Racers with fellow sophomore Elin Tynan also finishing inside the top 60 at the event. Ella Scherer finished 50th playing as an individual after moving up three spots in the final round, carding a 78 on the day.

As a team, MSU scored 330+319+318= 967 across the first three rounds of the spring. The Racers will be back in action at the SoCal Spring Invite on March 8-10.
