Murray State Athletic Communications Graduate Assistantship
The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at Murray State University, an NCAA Division I FCS institution and Missouri Valley Conference member, seeks qualified applicants for a graduate assistantship in the athletic communications office. The start date for the position, which is a 10-month (Aug.-May), benefit-exempt appointment, will be August 1, 2024 and run through May 31, 2025. The appointment runs two academic years. This position will serve as the primary contact for assigned sports teams. The candidate will be responsible for executing social media plan, record book, game programs, game stories, statistics, and website content for assigned sports. Experience in working with statistics programs, Adobe Creative programs, website management, social media and photography are preferred. Compensation includes tuition, stipend and housing.
