2010: Started 51 of the 53 games he appeared...hit .272 with four doubles, three home runs and 22 RBIs...was hit by 11 pitches to set the all-time school record...had 13 multi-hit games...collected three-straight two-hit games in late March...went 3-for-3 and threw out a runner at home plate at SIU Edwardsville...homered, and drove in three at Southern Illinois...went 3-for-4 with a double, home run and two RBIs in a victory over SEMO...collected a pair of hits against Eastern Illinois and Tennessee Tech in the OVC Tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Edwardsville High School under coach Tim Funkhouser...helped the Tigers to a 34-6 record as a senior, ranked No. 1 by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch...EHS advanced to the state quarterfinals that season...had a school-record 20 doubles on his way to being named Chicago Tribune All-State Honorable Mention, All-Metro First Team, All-Southwestern Conference First Team...named to the MEBCA All-Star Game...batted .425 last season with 53 runs, the most in the Metro East...also had 30 runs batted in...also played basketball at EHS... graduated in the top 25 percent in his class with a 3.6 GPA...member of the National Honor Society, Leadership Council and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
