2011: Made 14 appearances on the mound, with seven starts...went 3-2 with a 6.15 ERA...struckout 20 in 45.1 innings...was 3-1 with a 4.14 ERA in his seven starts...tossed a shutout inning in his home debut against Bowling Green...allowed one unearned run on four hits and five strikeouts over seven innings in his first start against Arkansas State...surrendered one run on five hits over six innings to earn the victory against IPFW...earned second victory after allowing one earned run over five innings against Southern Illinois...tossed two perfect innings of relief against at Evansville...tossed six shutout innings, allowing five hits, to earn the combined shutout victory over Belmont.
BEFORE MSU: Played two seasons at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College...helped the Bulldogs capture the South Division Championship in freshman season...finished sophomore season 5-1 with a 3.46 ERA in 39 innings...named a National Junior College Athletic Association Distinguished Academic All-American...went 3-0 with 25 strikeouts in 25.2 innings as a freshman.
