Aaron Scott

Aaron Scott is in his sixth season as head coach of Murray State Cheer in the 2023-24 school year.
Brings 20 plus of experience and expertise in cheerleading, tumbling and gymnastics with teaching stops across the Commonwealth of Kentucky in Frankfort, Lexington, London and Murray.
He is the owner and coach at the Universal Athletics in Murray where the Universal Kentucky Cheer Team has made numerous age-level appearances in national association events and claimed upwards of 50 national championships in the last 15 years.
He often serves as a judge at national competitions.
Has certifications through the United States All Star Federation in all levels of cheerleading and his expertise makes him an obvious choice to become the head coach of the MSU cheer program.
Cheered at his alma mater Cumberland University and later professionally with the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers.
Graduated in 2000 from Cumberland College with a degree in business administration.
