2008: Played in all 12 games...recorded 63 tackles...ranked second in the country with 22 tackles-for-loss...set MSU single-season record with 12 sacks...had two sacks and forced two fumbles against Illinois State...posted a pair of sacks against Jacksonville State and Tennessee State...set school-record with 3.5 sacks against SEMO.
2007: Started 10 games at defensive end...led all defensive linemen with 48 stops...ranked second on the team with 8.5 tackles-for-loss and 3.5 sacks...blocked his third career kick against Illinois State...posted seven tackles, including two for loss in the victory over SEMO...had his best game of his career against Austin Peay as he recorded 11 tackles, 10 solo, and 2.5 sacks.
2006: Started nine games at defensive end...made 34 tackles...had 3.5 tackles-for-loss and 2.5 sacks...blocked two kicks...had a season-high seven tackles, 1.5 tackles-for-loss and one sack against Jacksonville State...registered first career sack against Missouri.
HIGH SCHOOL: Made 14.5 sacks on defense and caught 31 passes for 717 yards and 13 touchdowns on offense his senior year at Iola-Scandinavia High School...earned all-conference and all-region honors for defense and offense and was selected all-state as a defensive end and all-state honorable mention as a wide receiver...had five blocked punts, 77 solo tackles, 61 assisted tackles and four fumble recoveries his senior year...earned two letters as a member of the Thunderbirds’ basketball team and was named second team all-conference in 2004-05.
