2009 Preseason All-OVC Offensive Guard
2008: Appeared in all 12 games at right tackle...helped team rush for over 150 yards in four-straight games, including a season-best 284 yards and five touchdowns against Tennessee Tech...anchored line that allowed just 19 sacks in 407 pass attempts.
2007: Started all 11 games along the offensive line....helped the Racers have back-to-back 100-yard performers against Eastern Illinois and Southeast Missouri...helped protect the conference’s top passer.
2006: Played in all 11 games as a true freshman...started eight games, including the final four games of the season...helped Murray State run up 514 yards of offense, including 335 yards on the ground, against Indiana State.
HIGH SCHOOL: In three seasons at Colerain High School, Ornella helped lead his team to a combined 37-3 record and a state championship...named all-league and all-city two times...also named scholar-athlete three times...was also a member of the track and wrestling teams...member of the National Honor Society and National Spanish Honor Society.
