Bio
2008: Started eight games at left tackle...helped team rush for over 150 yards in six games, including four straight...rushed for over 230 yards in back-to-back games against Tennessee Tech and Jacksonville State...part of line that allowed just 19 sacks in 407 pass attempts.
2007: Started all 11 games at right tackle...one of three members of the offensive line to start every game at the same position...helped protect the league’s top passer...helped tailback Charlie Jordan produce back-to-back 100-yard performances against Eastern Illinois and Southeast Missouri.
2006: Did not appear in any games during the 2006 season.
BEFORE MSU: Redshirted during the 2005 season at the University of Cincinnati.
HIGH SCHOOL: Helped Lakota West High School to its first playoff appearance and an 8-2 record in 2004...earned second-team all-conference as a senior...also earned second-team all-city and Second-Team All-Southwest Ohio...won the team’s “Mr. Hustle” award as a junior...won the team’s “Most Improved” award as a sophomore...member of the Firebirds’ basketball team as a freshman and sophomore.
