Born Amber Desire Thomas on September 1, 1987...Daughter of Larry and Shirley Thomas...Has three sisters, Latasha (25), Destiny (22), and Aisha (20)...Attended Jefferson City High School in Jefferson City, Mo....Graduated with a 3.5 GPA from JCHS, and was also the Senior Class President...Under coach Dennis Licklider, helped the Jays to three championships and one runner-up finish...As a junior, was a state qualifier in the 200 m with a time of 26.1...Also earned varsity letters in basketball (2 seasons) and volleyball (1 season) at JCHS...Hobbies include shopping, listening to music, dancing, and computers...Majoring in computer information systems.
