2005-06: Played in seven events during her senior campign before illness caused her to miss the final five events...Ended the season with an 83.06 stroke average...Had a ninth place finish at the MSU Invitational with rounds of 85-79=164.
2004-05: Played in a career high 11 events...Finished in top-20 in five of last six events...Season high finish was in the MSU Invitational when she fired rounds of 78-86=164, good for an 8th place finish...She fired her low round in the EKU Lady Colonel Classic with a 72 and finished that event 72-85-83=240 and a 13th place finish...Her stroke average was 81.63
2003-04: Played in one event....Finished 44th out of 68 golfers at Big River Telephone Classic with rounds of 86-90-85. Also qualified for Kentucky State Amateur.
2002-03: Gained tournament experience in sophomore season, playing in three events.
2001-02: Gained valuable experience by practicing with the team.
Before MSU: Played six seasons at Russellville for coach Kim Swift...Finished third in the Second Region as a senior...Seventh in 2000 Lady Gator Invitational out of 125 golfers...Took first at the Pepsi Junior Golf event at Glasgow in 1999...Won Golfer of the Year in 2000 and MVP in 1999...Also competed in basketball...Was president of the Beta Club and a member of the National Honor Society, Pep Club, Science Club and FCA.
Personal: Majoring in business administration at MSU...Daughter of Tony and Vickie Steenbergen...Born on Feb. 3, 1983...Member of the MSU Honors Program.
