At Murray State
- Brock Rydecki is in his 10th year with Murray State Athletics in the 2025-26 school year.
- Serves as Associate AD - Facilities & Operations.
- Primary operations contact for the football, track & field and cross country program.
- Primary contact for game management at all home athletic contests and special events.Â
- Responsible for all facilities within the athletic department including daily maintenance, deferred maintenance, renovations and capital projects. Â
- Provides supervisory oversight of the CFSBÂ Center.
- Rydecki is part of the Murray State University Emergency Response Team.
- Was appointed to the Murray Convention and Tourism Board in the Summer of 2022.
- During his tenure, there have been close to $6Â Million invested by way of capital projects. Notable projects he has seen to completion include:
- Awarded the Jim Baurer Staff Service Award in the Spring of 2021, which honors and recognizes a staff member who has gone above and beyond the call of prescribed duty and shown exceptional dedication with regard to the students of Murray State University.
Before MSU
- Spent three years at Trinity (Whitesville, Ky.) High School where he was the Athletic Director and Dean of Students.
- Was head baseball coach and head golf coach at Trinity.
- Named Region-III Athletic Director of the Year by the Kentucky High School Athletic Directors Association and served as Region-III Athletic Directors Association Treasurer.
- At Trinity, Rydecki was instrumental in the growth of athletics at the school.
- Oversaw the addition of multiple sports, created a sponsorship program, and increased budgets during his tenure.
- Served as chairman for the Horn Community Center, the committee that built a $3.7 Million recreation facility.Â
- Prior to arriving at Trinity (Whitesville), was an Intern for Murray State Athletics for two years.Â
Personal
- Was outstanding offensive lineman for Murray State Football from 2008-12.
- Earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from Murray State in 2012.
- Earned a Master's of Science in Human Development and Leadership, emphasis in Sports Administration in 2013 from Murray State University.Â
- Brock and his wife Kimberly, reside in Almo, Ky. with their sons, Bryant and Bryson.Â
