Joins the Racers for the 2025 season as Secondary Coach/ Recruiting Coordinator.

Before MSU

Coached with the Tennessee Vols as director of player personnel, promoted in 2020.
Previously served as assistant director of player personnel the previous two seasons on Jeremy Pruitt’s staff.
Joined the UT program in 2018.
Coached with Coached with Pruitt at Alabama prior to coming to Knoxville.
Stiff was a recruiting and personnel assistant during the 2017 season for the Crimson Tide, a year in which Alabama claimed the College Football Playoff National Championship.
Worked as a defensive assistant at Jacksonville State from 2014-16, working closely with outside linebackers.
Also coached in the state of Alabama at Spain Park High School (Hoover), Hueytown High School and Gadsden City High School.
