Personal
- 2025 marks Williams' second season with Murray State.
- In 2023, Williams worked with the Arizona Cardinals as an offensive assistant as part of the Bill Walsh Minority Internship program.
- From 2020-22Â worked with the New York Giants as both an offensive assistant and a special teams quality control coach.
- Most recently worked in the college football ranks as the wide receivers coach for Southern Illinois from 2017-19.
- Helped develop multiple All-Missouri Valley Football Conference selections including Aavante Cox, Landon Lenoir, and Raphael Leonard.
- Worked with Co-Offensive Coordinator Jimmy Ogle from 2014-16 at Jacksonville State.
- Throughout the three year span JSU won 33 games while averaging over 2,600 receiving yards per season.
- Played a key role in the development of All-OVC First Team honoree, Josh Barge, who hauled in a JSU record 247 career receptions and a school-record 3611 career receiving yards.
- Williams coached for one season at Valdosta State in 2013 as an offensive graduate assistant.
- In Spring of 2013, worked as an offensive analyst under coaching icon Nick Saban.
Playing Career
- Williams was a wide out at Alabama and won three BCS National titles in 2009, 2011, and 2012 to go with two Southeastern Conference titles in 2009 and 2012.
Personal
- His father, Bobby Williams, served as the head coach at Michigan State from 2000-02 and also coached in different capacities in the NFL for the Detroit Lions and Miami Dolphins and for nationally renowned programs at LSU, Alabama, and Oregon.
