Women's Tennis Named An ITA All-Academic Team

The Murray State women's tennis team was named an ITA All-Academic Team by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. The Racers were the only recognized team from the Ohio Valley Conference.

The team earned the recognition by getting a cumulative grade-point average of 3.48 for the 2002-03 school year, the second- best team GPA in the MSU athletics department behind rifle's 3.49. The Racers had a team GPA of 3.49 in the Fall 2002 semester and a 3.47 in the Spring 2003 semester. Murray State was one of 72 NCAA Division I teams to earn the recognition.
