MSU Men's Cross Country Competes at Belmont Event

John Gorey led the way for the Murray State Men's Cross Country squad when they took part in the Belmont 2006 Cross Country Opener at Percy Ward Park in Nashville, Tenn.
Gorey's covered the 5K course in a time of 16:07 with placed him 28th in the field of 100 competitors.
Steven Hart ran the course in 17:40 good for a 72nd place finish.
Jack Findley finished 75th with a time of 17:56.
As a team the Racers finished 8th out of 11 teams in the competition.
