Volleyball Matches Available Online

Fans will be able to follow the Murray State volleyball team's progress this weekend online through Live Stats and video streaming. The Racers are playing at Eastern Kentucky today (Friday) and at Morehead State on Saturday.
Links to both matches' Live Stats are available through the volleyball schedule page at www.GoRacers.com. Murray State opens at EKU at 6 p.m. CT on Friday, and the match at Morehead State starts Saturday at 10 a.m. CT.

Murray State (14-11, 11-4 OVC) is locked in a five-team battle for the top spot in the Ohio Valley Conference, with each team separated by a half-match. Morehead State (18-9, 12-3 OVC) leads the pack, followed by defending champion Jacksonville State (15-8, 12-4), Murray State, Southeast Missouri (16-11, 11-5 OVC) and Tennessee State (13-13, 11-6 OVC). The regular-season champion hosts the OVC Championship Tournament on Nov. 16-18. Only the top six teams qualify for the tournament, and Samford (13-12, 8-8 OVC) and Tennessee Tech (14-13, 8-8 OVC) are locked in a tie for that all-important sixth spot.
