MSU Rifle Places Two On All-OVC Team

Junior Kasey Meyer was named All-OVC Air Rifle First Team and All-OVC Second Team Smallbore, while Freshman Ashley Rose was named to the All-OVC Air Rifle Newcomer Team and All-OVC Second Team Air Rifle.
Meyer posted the Racers best score in the air rifle with a 584, while Ashley Rose fired a 573. Harley Jette and Erica Meece each added a 566.
Meyer also led the Racers in smallbore with a 570. Jette had a 559, while Rose fired a 550 and Meece carded a 545.
In the team competition, the Racers finished second in air rifle with a 2289, just behind champion
MSU finished fifth in the smallbore with a 2224. JSU was the winner with a 2304.
In the overall competition, MSU came home with a 4513 good for a spot in fourth place. JSU was first at 4628, with UTM Mixed and
