Lowe Earns All-Tournament Honors

Junior Kayla Lowe earned All-Tournament honors at the Lady Eagle Thanksgiving Classic.

Murray State women's basketball junior Kayla Lowe was named to the six-member Lady Eagle Thanksgiving Classic All-Tournament Team for her performance in the two –day event.

Lowe led the Racers with 27 points and 15 rebounds in games against No. 8/9 Kentucky and Louisiana-Lafayette. The Pikeville, Ky., native shot 37.0 percent from the floor and added four assists, a block and a steal.

MSU will start the Ohio Valley Conference portion of the season this week, with games against Eastern Kentucky (Dec. 2) and Morehead State (Dec. 4).
