Racers Drop First OVC Match-Up

The Murray State men's tennis team lost their first Ohio Valley Conference match against Eastern Kentucky 6-1.
Renaldo Domoney gained the only point for the Racers by defeating Carlos Valdenebro in two sets, 6-1, 6-1.
Jorge Caetano had a close match against Niklas Schroeder at the No. 2 position. Caetano lost the first set, 7-6, won his second, 3-6, but lost the tie breaker 10-8.
In doubles action Ben Clos and Caetano teamed up against Philip Janz and Schroeder and lost a close match 9-7.
The Racers will be back on the courts Mar. 21st to play Morehead State at Morehead, Ky. The match is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
