Is your talent worth $500?
If you think so, sign-up to audition for BB&T presents Racers Got Talent. If your act is one of the 16 best at the audition, a video of your performance will be shown at a home men's basketball game and on GoRacers.com. Fans will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite acts following Winter Break. The two final acts remaining, after other acts were voted out of the competition, will perform live at the Feb. 11 game against Austin Peay. A winner will be chosen, also through online voting, and be awarded with the $500 prize from BB&T at the Feb. 18 game.
Both solo and group acts may audition and all members of the act must be Murray State students. Auditions will be held Nov. 1 at 6:30 p.m. in the CFSB Center. Additional rules and information about the competition can be found on GoRacers.com by clicking on the Racers Got Talent heading under the “Fans” tab.
The first opportunity to sign-up for Racers Got Talent in person, will be at the Athletics Tent in “Tent City” from 11:30am to 1:00pm. Online sign-ups are available at GoRacers.com on this form.
