Racers Travel to Grand Valley State Big Meet

The Murray State track and field squad travels to Allendale, Mich., this weekend for the Grand Valley State Big Meet on Friday and Saturday.
The meet features 64 teams, including three from the OVC and over 2,400 entries from all levels of collegiate athletics and clubs. In all, the Racers will be taking 37 athletes along to Michigan and will be competing in 15 different events.
The meet begins on Friday morning at 11 with the women's 5K. Saturday will also start at 11 a.m. with multiple events in both track and field.
The GVSU Big Meet will be Murray State's final indoor meet of the season before traveling to the OVC Championships in two weekends.
