Racer Cheer Tryouts Announced for 2013-14

Murray State Athletics has announced cheerleading tryouts for the 2013-14 school year.

The all-girl tryout will be conducted on Sunday, May 5 at the Carr Health Building/South Gym from 1-5 p.m.

Prior to the tryout, each participant is required to attend one of two cheer clinics. The clinics are scheduled for Sunday, April 21, from 1-4 p.m. and Saturday, May 4, from 9 a.m. -12 p.m. Registration for both clinics will begin an hour before the scheduled start time in the Carr Health Building/South Gym. There is a $20 registration fee for all participants.

All clinic sessions and tryouts are closed to the public.

All candidates must be current Murray State University students, transfer students that have been accepted to the university or incoming freshmen who have been accepted to the university.

All who plan to tryout must complete the application form.
