Women Compete at Evansville Invitational

The women's cross country team competed in the UE Invitational in Evansville, Indiana on Saturday. The women finished 5th out of 6 teams.
Vallery Korir lead the Racers in the 5k finishing in 20:13.5. Emani Griffin came close to finish in 20:27.1. Taylor Adcock finished in 22:10.4, while Rebecca Morris cross the finish line in 22:53.0. Emily Evans was the fifth Murray State racer to cross the line in 23:20.8. Sarah Bindel and Morgan McNeely rounded out the team finishing in 24:55.4 and 26:19.9, respectively.
The women will compete next at the OVC Cross Country Championship at Jacksonville, Alabama.
