Ingram Earns Weekly OVC Honors

Scottie Ingram was named the Ohio Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Week.
The Racers played two conference matches last week. First they took their first conference loss to Austin Peay (0-3), before defeating Eastern Kentucky at home (3-1).
Ingram tallied 34 kills, with a career-high 24 against Eastern Kentucky. She notched double-doubles in both matches this week. First against Austin Peay, she turned in 10 kills and digs. Then against Eastern Kentucky she scored a career-high 24 kills along with 17 digs. She hit .242 to go along with two blocks and service aces.
Murray State will travel to Charleston, Ill. to face Eastern Illinois and then Edwardsville, Ill. to face off against SIU Edwardsville.Â
