Lollar Announces Estes to Join in 2014

Murray State rifle head coach Alan Lollar is proud to announce the addition of Benjamin Estes. Estes, an Ozark, Missouri native, will join the Racer rifle team in the fall of 2014.

Estes has been shooting competitively since his freshman year at Ozark High School. Estes worked his way up to the precision class as a junior, and shot a personal best 592/600.

As a junior, Estes won first place in the Army Service Championship. He also helped lead the Tigers to a 2013 National Championship victory.

Estes and the Tigers won another national championship and the Army Service Championship in 2014, his senior year.

"I am very proud to be a Racer," said Estes. "I'm looking forward to continuing the proud tradition of Murray State rifle."
